if not where wud u recommend getting a helix or Ap organic from?

Yeh i wouldnt touch EBC either
If your not going to run over 350bhp then AP organic should be fine, i have a 2nd hand one for sale by the way, but i would advise buying a new one if you can afford it, see for sale forum though as mines there

There was one of these in my second RST, which had a mere 190 bhp, and it was fitted the day before I bought it. It lasted 6 days..... :?

I bought one yonks back.Very cheap-about £80 but it turns out they're recons and it wouldn't line up on the dowels so never got fitted.
