simigeri.... don't take this the wrong way but I'm glad to see your having problems with E-manage ultimate... ;-) Good to see you open a thread, ask questions, explain setting and alter setting and great to see Ed get involved with the support. There is a chance I will get around to installing and try to set mine up... :oops: Following with interest.. :thumbsup:
I'm happy too, with Ed replies.
Topics have found a few on the subject, but no one has a full description, or have not received answers to my questions.

But now, I'm going to test ;-)

So the test is finished.
Ignition timing seems to me extremly stupid (13-36 at idle, at 75 deg water), but I'm not a specialist.
Here's the log. ( I hope it's big enough)
And some MP4 illustrated the engine running 1, 2.

Ignition timing is fine and normal. Dont worry about that. I dont see where there fault is happening in that log file as it looks fine to me can you tell me at what seconds the problem occurs?

I'll check it, but on the second thirds, for sure.
Look at the idle speed. Sometime drops to 750-710rpm!
The exhaust makes pow, the interior is rattle, the shell is quakeing, and seems to engine want to stop.
And the idle is like a sinus wave from 750 to 950.

At 1051.54 ->714rpm
1054.86 -> 722rpm
1117.36 -> 685rpm
1130.02 -> 714rpm
1148.08 -> 678rpm and so on.
The rest is from 850 to 950 rpm, not so stable.

I should make a datascan log? Never yet been able to do. :sad:

Thats not a bad idea, if you can somehow bypass them but also leave the input going into the e-manage it still enables you to data log.

Whats the problem your having with datascan?

I can't make a log, becouse the EMU will be diconnected, just the free end of EMU harness will shotcutted.
I've bought a Nissan Consult adapter on eBay, but it can't recognize the ECU. I've tried all of the free softwares, whit lot of USB-RS232 adapters, with same results. I bought even another laptop with true serial com port only for this research, without success.

I gave up temporarily. I'm looking for a specialist, he will check the entire installation.
The operation and the connection of EMU doesent seem complicated, but... I'm tired now.

And of course thank you for your past suport. If I'll find the error, I'll immediately share with you the solution.

So, yesterday was the day for revision.
The wireiring, what I've made was good.
I have to consult whit the specialist, but as I know, the jumper setting was wrong :-(
So it's working now, but I can use the launch control only, cause I haven't a wide band yet.

New, and interesting staff.
When I accelerate whit full throttle, than release the pedal slowly, the car makes an additional acceleration on a point.
Maybe the screenshot tells more:

As you can see, the throttle is around at 20%, but I don't know why, at this point the airflow rise up, engine start to pull a bit, and so on.
Why? Throttle valve, BOV, TPS???
The car is almost a stock one, just intake an decat mods, EMU values are 0.

Looks as though thats where the turbo starts to come on boost, and then the airflow jumps up as the dump valve opens.
