Its called an f1 bonnet mate, you can get them custom made depending on what car u have or they have universal ones. im not too sure where you get them from tho, my mate just got one to go on his fiesta rs turbo so i'll ask him where he got his.

Thought I would reserrect this as it made me chucke.

It was a standard gti bonnet with a fibreglass F50 bonnet vent added, which was slightly off centre.
