d2 coiovers and spring rate

I am thinking of buying a set of D" racing coiolver lit for the gti-r.
does anybody uses them on a gti-r?
i have done a quicj search on the net, and they seem to be very good!!!height and dampening adjustable, with camber topmounts too!!!
all info i have found are more than positive on this kit...
they come with 7kg front and 5 kg rear springs....
will it give a rood ride on the road?i like firm ride...or it will be better to take 8kg front and 7 rear like the tein ha and jic kits??
which is the sping rate to go for for a fast road and track day use?

anyone intrested in a possible group buy for the d2 racing coilovers?
we can ask the importer for a discount to save some money...
just an idea...
i got some pics of the coilovers for the gti-r
they are the third evolution and now come with the rear antiroll bar bracket...
