Since i bought the car the clutch bearing made that dreaded scraping sound on idle until i depressed the pedal....
Just on my way back from work, gave it some stick down the dual carrige ways, came to an island and all of a sudden i couldn't get any gears, no noise's before hand, no noise's now...including the original bearing scrape.
So i turned the car off, stuck it in second and limped home, which wasnt nice considering i have an RB...feckin short ratio's and all that....
So my question is, would any of you on what ive just told you be able to tell me what has gone....and or what i'd need to replace? i'm gonna be taking the box off tomorrow anyway to have a butchers.
