Clutch

I have searched before i created this post but couldnt find anyone having the same problem!!

the problem is every now and again when i let the clutch out the pedal lauches your foot! ne ideas?

every now again when you release the clutch there is pressure pushing your foot up, most of the time its ok jusy every now and again it happens
