This is gonna require the engine out right???

If it does the bleeder can keep slippin for a while longer ha ha

Some people do it with the engine in, but yeah you're looking at an engine out job :wink:

How bad is it slipping, usually once they start slipping they dont last long. Mine started slipping one day and by the day after it was completly undriveable. Also it could be down to the rivet heads, you dont want to damage the flywheel :?

I don't know - it tends to slip in higher revs in 3rd or 4th gear.. not too bad otherwise - might not even be the clutch.

Doesn't do it unless it goes in to boost

yeah clutches slip when in higher gears always! and when on boost that torque just goes thru the roof- defo clutch

300 odd quid for an uprated kit say helix organic, (dont get oem for gods sake!) and then labour at what ever-dependant on where you go or if u do it yourself!

whats the general idea on here about skimming flywheel?? Do you lot do that?
