During my rebuild i had a new RPS organic clutch fitted to my R. Before the car was running i have also put a clutch support bracket on it.

Iam in the runing in period and i dont abuse the clutch.
It was fine for about 1 week but then i get this constant clicking noise when i depress the clutch lightly.
I can push it down with my hands with light force and it clicks.

I tried to find the same problem in the search section but failed.
I would like to know if anyone had the same problem and adivse me of what i have to do.

regards, LoX

sounds like you need to lubricate the fork pivot pin. i had the exact same problem- removed and lubed it with some copper grease hey presto.

i had this too, pulled back the rubber boot on the flywheel housing and dabbed a tiny bit of copper slip into the pivot. goodbye noises.

even if the sound is at one end as its a hydraulic system the sound will appear at the other end too.. try making sure the pedal is lubed too.
