if people are deffo going then copy paste your names on the list please.
remember payment will need to be made when i make the booking
if numbers are short then il get a revised figure for each car then its up to you's

ok it seems thats about it
il need to get a revised price to account for the shortfall then you can all tell me whether thats ok or not, thats assuming the date is still available of course

ok good news, its on8)

ive just spoke to carlimits and seeing as i booked a day last year they will not hike the price due to shortfall in numbers but the other 8 slots will remain open to general public.
so if anyone else does want to go they need to let me know and i will add another place by contacting carlimits.

the above 16 are already being booked though so the day will definately be going ahead

all payments should be made to myself either via paypal which will be £40.50 with fees
or £39 via cheque, postal order, cash or bank transfer as il pay for everyone up front.

i would like all payments in by end of april please!

Bob, I'm chatting to George about a mini convoy. I'm going away with work for a week but if you can post up any nearby hotels/campsites/B&B's in the meantime then we can try to work out logistics.

be good if you and george can make it jim, just let me know if its a definate and il contact car limits and add another 2 cars.

if you want any other hotels etc then let me know and il try dig out a few for you to choose from.
you could have stopped at my house but im around an hour away south of north weald so doubt that will be any good
