cant engage any gears, HELP-- UPDATED

UPDATE. :shock: :shock:
took clutch out yesterday and the friction plate has broke. The metal that holds the springs in has broke up.When i got the clutch off there is 3 pieces about 1.5-2 inch long one is wedged in the pressure plate.I'll try and get some pics up today if i get chance.
