brakes serously binding

my brakes are seriously rubbing on i had this prob before but it was the rear brakes and i got told that was common but today it done it again but was really struggling to go and i never touched the footbrake once and the front and rear disks were roasting so there rubbing front and back now anyone have any ideas what could be up

caliper could have seized? check that first and then check pads are ok? it could be metal against metal

oh forgot to mention the pads are fine not long been changed

take the slide part of caliper off and grease the slides using copper grease, thats assuming the slides are seized and not the pistons

went out today to c if they were still doing it and they were fine dont understand what was up with them before

I put money on that's it's the piston. Does the car pull to one side under hard breaking?

it happend again today just seems to happen after youv been driving for about 30 mins the brake pedal goes hard and dosent travell as much as it used to and its all four that are binding well all four were roasting.its weird and doing ma head in goni end up cooking ma clutch
