Brake Fluid

Hi, Just recieved some Goodridge Braided hoses off Ebay (u know the ones VPULSAR :p )

I was wondering what the best fluid was to use? Cos I may still have the old stuff in the system......Cheers!

DOT 4 will be fine.

Unless u have some 4 pots and have a track day addition

Dot 4 is fine, but dot 5.1 is better

Yeh might as well go for Dot 5.1. Costs around £8 for a decent quality one such Delphi Lockheed Ultra 5.1 Comes in a 1 litre bottle which is more than enough :)

If you have ABS, then DOT 5.1. If not then any high temp DOT 4 will do. I think Motul 600 is one of the highest temp fluids you can buy and it's fairly reasonble price wise :wink:
