Brake Discs?

Hi,

Need some rear discs for the R, looking at the following site:

Ive noticed the Almera GTi rear discs are 257mm dia, and a height of 45 the GTi-R has a dia 258mm and height 45.5. bore size the same. Would I be able to use these?

Whats the height thing all about? cant see 1mm dia causing any major problems?

Found the Almera ones on ebay for £40, GTi-R for £90 being Christmas £40 quid sounds better?
