Yes the ball joint isn't sided , But the wish bones themselves are

You can get them back in with a vice and a big socket I think, I got mine pressed back in , To get them out make sure you remove the c-clip and soak them in WD40 and then put the wish bone on some bricks or the top of a vice and give it a big bash , Should just drop out .
