3" Exhausts,Manifolds and 3" Elbows Being Made

Ok guys

Went to see my guy today and as stated

full 3" system with down pipe and 3" elbow will be £400

3" down pipe and elbow will be £200

We will now not be doing manifolds as the group buy organised by Rob will be a bit cheaper and have a years warranty

Also elbows on there own will not be made , only 3" elbow and downpipe together and these will be made to match up to your existing exhaust.

Due to holidays etc the first full system ( Mine ) will be made at the end of May then your orders will be done from then on.

He will also do any other fabrication work you require so if interested in any of the above contact Wayne direct tell him Lee sent you and discuss wot you require with Wayne....

obviously i wont have the mani then i only really wanted the elbow is the whole downpipe thing due to it moving the pipe out so it wont line up with the atandard exhaust run

I have a custom 3" front section, how much for the back section? Im still running the goose back part from the centre box back.

What style of tail pipes is he going to do for the full system?

I don't want anything too ridiculous. Maybe a 4" rolled out pipe woulod be good.

Dan the choice is yours m8 ....Just call Wayne and explain wot you want he will be able to do it....

as stated above he will be ready to start in about 4 weeks but needs to no numbers so give him a call

Also forgot to mention he can fit them for you as well if you leave your car with him for a bit ..how good is that

Gonna have to pull out as my exhaust is knackered and mot is up so gotta get one this week. pity i really want the 3in system i can only find a 2.5in goose one

buy the goose and sell it on then...3" is where its at;-)

will these fit cars which still have air con fitted like mine?? if so what are the chances of mine being the 2nd full system being made up?!

Yes m8 the first complete system has been made and fitted and a very good job was made of it .

It also has a join above the rear axel which can be undone by laying on the floor. No more getting the car 6ft off the floor to get the exhaust over the axel.

All in all wayne made a full 3" system,3" downpipe and 3" elbow. Fitted a tubular manifold (supplied by customer) and the full system to the car all for £580 inc Vat

But as you can see the wastegate going back into the downpipe, I'm after one were the wastegate would dump to atmosphere.

Could you maybe pass on this info and get back to me.

Thats what the one i made up does ;-) It wasnt a masterpiece of engineering but it did its job 8)

Have you got any pics of the one you made???

Also, what size pipe did you make it 2.5" or 3" ??

Cos I think if dumping wastegate to atmosphere, you could get away with using a 2.5" downpipe and a 1.5" screamer pipe.

Any comments would be grateful.
