ok update! ive just put the new fuel pump in, re earthed the cables and changed back to my standerd leads, feels slightly better but still a misfire at about 4000 rpm, so i checked the pugs, dizzy, rotor arm but all seem fine. i just read about wrong plugs, im using bosch plats, are they wrong?

they should be heat range 7 for 1 bar.. they could be copper platinum or iridium.. heat range 7 is what you want.
