1 bar loop without boost solenoid?

10 psi, I've tried everything with every knob and it doesn't do a damn thing.

When i switch it to the AC setting for actuator it wont boost over stock (8 psi) but when i have it swithced to WG for externally waste gated cars it boosts 10-11psi. I don't know why it does this considering my car is internally waste gated and should be set to the AC setting...

I will have a hunt again for instructions it has to be something simple :?

You obviously checked the wastegate is sealing yes?

Yes, i know for sure its not a problem with anything else because i disconnected the wastegate line and slowly took the boost up to 15 psi.

Thats what i was going to ask you to try next, so its with the stepper motor then do you know if it is functioning ok any noise from it?
