imo wheel size isnt really going to do much, if you are looking at whight reduction remove evry thing which you properbly done and get perspex windows all round cabon fiber body parts bootlit door bonnet bumpers or fiberglass if you got a roll cage. and get a nitros kit

Wheel size may not if you keep the tyres the same diammetre. I put 1" smaller diammeters tyres on my 16s and took 50 kg off the car and lost 3/10ths on the 1/4;-)

dose it consistantly run 3 tenths faster, you could run 2 10ths faster on perfect day and perfect track, or on elvington:suspicious: the gearing of the wheels is important to get right i just think that more improvements to times would be from engine mods. but me and you have gone very seporate ways any way i still got full standerd trim and floor mats:lol:

I recognise those pictures above.;-)

It ran the 12.7-12.9 consistantly as Shakespeare after those mods and the best I could do at York was 13.0 before.

I tend to be quite consistant with around 0.3s or so separating my runs on the day.

I always tend to be slower over the 60ft at York (1.8best) than Elvington (1.65) or Shakespeare (1.72)

Yes you can easily get more time from the engine, but the extra time I have found adds no extra strain to the engine.

Is the shell grip the side nearest the lights?
They seem to cone one side off normally so you can only use one lane per side.
