4x100 will fit, the et38 should be ok, but don't quote me 100%. 6.5j is the width of the wheel and that should be ok, although a little on the thin side 195 tyres would fit rather than 205.
I currently run: 4x100 ET35 7J. 205/45/16)

Whats the centre bore? You need 59.1 mm or bigger
That's generally the deciding factor; it's quite large as centre bores go, so if the wheels were designed for a Golf (as an example) they won't fit. - Generally the after-market wheels have a large bore and spigot rings to bring them back to the required size.
Of my two sets of rims; one set have a 60mm bore (so I run no rings), and the other set are something like 75mm (so use rings).
