Oscar the grouch?

I think they're still on Sesame Street, but the Muppet Show hasn't been on in years; there was a new one about ten years ago (Muppets Tonight).

I always liked Swedish Chef.

No, "Groucho" was an homage to Groucho Marx of the Marx brothers
