We will shortly be importing in acl bearing sets in bulk for anyone doing their own engine builds etc, ive ordered in quite a large quantity as we will be selling them via ebay too but not at the discounted prices offered here.
If you search the net you may be able to buy them elsewhere cheaper than ebay, but by the time you get lumbered for delivery and import duty they dont work out as cheap as you may think.....also check that the items are gtir specific bearings as many are 17mm width and cheaper.

to buy the gtir specific 19mm bearings on ebay your looking at the following prices:
mains bearings around £99 delivered
bigend bearings £89.65 delivered
thrust washers £19.50 delivered

our prices via gti-r us will be as follows and are discounted to anyone on the sites:
mains bearings £79.95 delivered
bigend bearings £69.95 delivered
thrust washers £16.95 delivered

if paying via paypal youll need to add 4%, if your buying as set of 3 then il make that an inclusive price
this gives you a saving in excess of £30 a set.
atm we have 3 sets in stock of each so its first come first served basis, we have another bulk delivery in around a months time.

were also in future looking at stocking a range of forge pistons, multilayer head gaskets and many other new engine rebuild related parts specifically for gtir, all this will be updated on our website

fooking hell where did they spring up from....they must be new kids on the block lol:shock:
i looked everywhere and couldnt find anything cheaper than above but with those even with import duty you would pay around £130 a set delivered

im gonna get the supplier i was getting them from to re-evaluate his prices or im bailing out as waste of time if they can be bought for above price

well thanks for the heads up on that marc.
im pleased you mentioned them at this stage as it will save me importing loads in which i would have been unable to sell, the price there selling for is roughly what i would have been paying by buying them in bulk so not worth doing

Are you buying them direct from acl? Unless they are placing huge orders at a time.
no was from the states but the shipping costs were ridiculously high which is what bumped the price up together with import duty i stood to make £25 on a set via flogging them on ebay.
i can only assume that these people as you said are buying huge quantities at a time direct from acl, not just pulsar but all different makes which then will give them maximum discount.

Looks like they buy a lot of parts for B13 Honda engines; maybe they're just getting a handful of parts for other engines for the variety?
