What does Tronde have because I thought that was a custom job.

I've got the bastard exhaust from hell, yes. It's basically a 3" turboback from AM performance, and it goes down to a custom 2.5" axleback with a Dynomax muffler. Wasn't too expensive to have that fabricated either. IIRC, we measured it to around 90dB at 3000rpms. It was surprisingly quiet. During full load I did get a few comments that it sounded like something a lot bigger though!

are AM true 3" systems or a bit skimpy?

Well, I suppose the main pipe of the elbow isn't 3" all the way. I've never measured it , so I can't guarantee that it is, but it sure looks like it. It's way too loud for me in standard form though. It has a small resonator somewhere under the car, other than that it's pretty much straight through. I've god both a race-cat and a decat for it, the cat does take the noise down somewhat, but also lowers the performance.

If i cant get a catback the next choice is to fabricate one myselves. But if i was lucky someone in uk had one laying around they would sell.
