does anyone know wot temp the thermastat opens at on the sandwhich plate?

also are the coolers ok to be fixed directly to the inside front bar via the bottom holes only on the cooler , no vibration mounts or anything ?

club trackday coming up been told its a must , youve only just gone and confused me even more, trust me it dont take muchlol, so according to that oil always flows through the cooler but only a small amount till itreaches 180deg,so as not to shock the cooler and pipes with boiling hot oil, im only asking out of interet

iplanned to fit the cooler to the inside front bar infront of the radiater on the left ,

You are correct.... oil by-passes (but monitors temp) the cooler and flows as usual until it needs to be cooler, the thermostat opens fully and all oil passes through cooler. I know where you're mounting it now ans would suggest small rubber washers (mounts) between front bar and cooler... if you can brace it at the top... all the better!

Oil cooler thermo plate open's at 80oC lads engine running temp,if you waited till 180oc you would'nt have any oil it would be greasey carbon like sludge.
