Exhaust manifolds

Just wont to get some information on what kind of performance exhaust manifolds you have.
Have they cracked yet?
Have you braced them?
What would you change about the manifolds to improve them?
Any pictures?

im lead to believe the ebay ones will crack and are a complete waste of money.
standard manifolds have been proven to run over 400 bhp.
if i was you id get the standard one ported and heatcoated. it will never crack.

I have noticed on the standard one where it bolts to the turbo where the exhaust gasses come out, in the middle there is like a flat piece of metal? looks very restrictive! Would it be ok to remove this part? or is it there for a reason?

I think i remember that fusion ed said he got about 460bhp from a standard manifold?

Right guys to dispell any misconceptions conseptua tuning on ebay are bang on i'm currently running 1.1bar on stock internals amd have been for the past 18 months with no issues honestly guys they would not fob us off with inferior parts!
I am also that confident with their products that i'm showing their stickers on my windows!

japspeed manifolds look identical to ebay ones but they have some braces added on.

Yes, and no

Its been ported and smoothed out, but I can't really feel any difference.

It was more "one of those things to do while it was off the car" moments.

Neither do I, but their gaskets etc look ok. I think we're talking about other suppliers; if it's too cheap to be true, then it's probably not any good.
