Dont buy those of ebay, i bought a couple and they were crap, had to butcher them to make them fit.

Id stick to the standard one from nissan...

They probably got hold of a genuine Nissan one then had it copied on the cheap in some sweat shop in the far east for pennys .

This is a genuine nissan 6 layer steel gasket that is teflon coated on the outer (exhaust manifold side). Fully re-useable as well.
