where to find the speedo sensor

hi my speedo not working and i had a new transferbox put in and it working fine before that just want no if they put it back in again but cant look dont no where 2 find it can some help or show me picture where 2 find it thanks

its at the back of the box under the plenum good luck tho its a tight fit and they a usally seized in

Here she is, right under the inlet manifold.

is it great i have look tomorrow and where best place to get a new speedo sensor if it broke

GTi-R-Us will be able to sort you out I should think mate, failing that - streetcredgtir on here is breaking his car and we have two speedo sensors.

There will be a plug dangling below the inlet manifold, it's the only one that fits the speedo sensor so it can't be confused with anything else. It was green if I remember right.

Thats the transfer box the speedo sensor plugs into

That's it! Plug it in and should be good to go.
