I spoke to that rolf harris guy who owned the turquoise porsche (ultimate street car 2000) and he told me that there was so much lag that he could make a cuppa tea and drink it by the time his turbo(kkk series)spooled up but his machine was 600bhp at the rear wheels.

has anyone tried the IHI RX6 turbocharger, from apexi i think.
are these lag masters or not....
i dont see the point in having a massive turbo, if u mainly do street driving cause u going to get pissed off when you getting beaten by other cars while you waiting to come onto boost.....
each to there own though i guesss....

That's what I think too.Plus I want to sprint it next year and going from 0.1bar to 1.6bar midbend might slightly exceed my cornering capabilities :shock: .I like to be able to power out of a bend,so I'll leave these giant snails to the straight road speedfreaks :lol: .

I now have a new turbo on the way. Its a bit of a one off. Its not to big but will do about 480hp. Being made as we type. Might have it on the car for the Hatfield meet. If i get my twin dump pipe made in time.
