Which rods and crank??

I may need a new crank shaft and rods so which ones should I go for that are a reasonable price? and where's the best place to get them from?
Any help will be greatly appriciated

I would stick with the stock crank unless your going for a stroker kit. The stock crank is very strong.
As for rods, they dont need changing usless your going for big BHP? There are a few different makes on the market. I would change the con rod bolts to ARP ones though while your bottom ends out...

The big end bearings failing could've damaged my rods too thats why I ask,do you think that I should just go for standard stuff?

Yeah there’s no need to upgrade the Crank and rods are only necessary if going for big bhp, also I don’t think there’s such a thing as a reasonable price…
If anything I would change the con rod bolts to ARP ones.
