Thottle body overhaul

Does anyone know if you can get a full throttle body overhaul kit? Am looking to rebuild a spare set before fitting

Hi andy_tt,

this is what i am also looking for for a very long time now. To reach the proper emission values it is very important to have absolutely seal shafts and without play. Therefore any information where this kit, or sombody who is doing the overhaul, is available, is highly appreciated!

For anybody looking to rebuild throttle bodies the bearings are simple 6000rs deep groove ball bearings, I don't have the part number for the seals on the outside of the bearings yet, I believe I'll be able to find a suitable aftermarket replacement,
