i dont know if you would be intereted but ive got a lovly mint hybrid turbo done sod all miles, but was just puffing a slight bit of oil before removed due to upgrade, theres no play in the shaft it just needs an oil seal
but iam only asking £150 posted for it. its a turbo technics turbo and they said £150 to refurb it so for £300 it would be a brand new turbo its like 18months old and covered 5k tops.
its cliped,ported and 360degree bearings.
only a idea as i know you were asking for a working std t28
