Safe boost on std clutch and fuel pump?

Similar questions have probably been posted before but I was just wondering.

Would something like 0.8 bar give me a good/noticeable power increase put still be OK with the std clutch and fuel pump (I have an adjustable fuel pressure reg)?

The clutch feels strong and I'm not 1 for standing starts so it'd just be through the gears etc.

it all depends on how the previous owner treated the car cos mine has been running a 1 bar for best part of a year on a standard clutch fuel pump etc by using a bleed valve ......no probs to speak of

I treat the car well and I know the person I bought it off took care of it and that covers me for over a year. Beyond that I'm not sure.
