removing fuel pump

how do you remove fuel pump
i want to fit an uprated one

how do i know if the fitted 1 isnt uprated?

If you have no idea what your doing and don't have reference to the service manuals, I would recommend you leave jobs like this to someone with a little more experience. If you get this mod wrong you could mess up all sorts of things.

Getting one of the GTi-R workshop manuals available on CD from Ebay would be a good start.

Yes, totally.

The ones on here and the modifiers are just a few snippets/Highlights of the 2 service manuals. There are 2 manuals, one largley deals with engine and the other transmission.
Myself and Andy Chan, scanned a manual each and put them to CD, since then the Ebay market has been flooded with them. Beware though some copies are better than others.

its not that difficult if you have basic car knowledge, in the how to guides on this site there is one for a hiteq fitting guide but its all the same pm me if you need help with it did my walbro myself was a piece of cake, and me R didn't explode
