Need help today, wheel bolts [not related to other topic]

seems that some little toe rag has had one of my wheel bolts away.... I've got sparco rims on the car. what I need to know is are the standard R bolts used to fit aftermarket alloy wheels, and if so could I go and buy a new bolt for a nissan sunny from any nissan dealer?
