Maybe i set up the tps sensor and it seemed to fix the problem i have got a new sensor to fix but not had the time to do it just yet hopeing to fit it this weekend.
mine did the same i instaled a manual boost controller and a new BOV was boosting at 1 bar also took out the boost restrictor from the vacume line from the plenum cured my problem
