I read on another thread that he's back from holiday but is so busy that he's only accepting e-mails and will reply when he has time and the workloads dies down.

I deleted your first thread because it was getting out of hand and people were getting abusive.

Like others have said in the other thread, Hiteq have always offered the best rebuild service in the business with an outstanding reliability record (even if his timing keeping sometimes goes a little a stray). Ian has helped me out with advice numerous times over the phone, the bloke is a bit of a legend as far as the Pulsar is concerned.

IF (and it is still a big "if", despite peoples specialisation on the subject :x ) Hiteq are struggling I can't imagine Ian is giving his business up because he wants to, so he's probably a little pisssed off & depressed and just hiding, he has always been honest in the past so I can't imagine for one minute the guy is looking to "stitch" anyone up.

If anyone here has anything of value at Hiteq and are having trouble contacting them, rather than talking about the if's and but's I would take some time out and physically make the journey to go and the see first hand whats going on.

Best advice is to contact Ian via email. I know for a fact he is still answering them.
