filter off turbo

Hi Im away to fit a z32 maf blow through set-up and need to sort out a filter set-up but as you can see in the pic its tight for space any ideas I thought about some really fine mesh over the top of the current mesh to stop it getting sucked in and try and get a foam filter of a sort over it any ideas would be great

iv got an A-pexi for sale! best there is for filtration,

Looks like the gearbox is going to be in the way of a filter, others have spaced the manifold out to get more clearance or shaved some off the box but that looks like a larger than normal inlet on the turbo so you might struggle without a spacer.
I wouldn't just bung a filter on it there anyway, one deep puddle on a dark night and you've sucked up half a gallon of dirty rain water.It needs a pipe on it to get it higher in the engine bay.
