Have u got good power to the injectors? You may have a damaged fuseable link.

Take the fuel pump fuse out and use the link to fire each cyc one at a time. Should be able to feel it click open and close.

Any updates on this then ????
Yes, I finished off just now. The engine is running :)

This is what I did yesterday and today:
1. Changed to new spark plugs. Still no ignition.
2. Changed out the spark plug wires to standard ones. Still no ignition.
3. Opened the dizzy cap, all in order there.
4. Took out the battery, removed piping between intercooler and inlet manifold, removed air filter. All this to get access to the wiring and vacuum hoses.
5. Double checked all electrical connections. Sprayed some contact electro spray on the connections.
6. Put everything back together, cranked and the engine started...?

The engine started at first crank, no coughing or rough idling?? Fuel pressure is stable at 3.75 bar on idle. A/F ratio is about 10.8 on idle.

I can't say exactly what was wrong, but I'm hoping for a loose connection somewhere (in the engine and not my head, preferrably :der:)
)
Anyway, thanks a lot for the help :thumbsup:

I dont know your full spec but your fuel pressure sounds abit high,it should be 3bar with the vacuum hose disconnected.
