engine/gearbox mounts

i think its nearly time to change the engine/gearbox mounts coz ive noticed some movement,
are there uprated items or additional engine stabilisers to be had, or are they nissan only items? how many are there and how much do they cost?

yes they are hard indeed

but the nissan ones are about £300 for the 3 main engine mounts :shock: :shock:

£180 for new inserts and buffer arms, a real bargain and you get to have ur teeth rattle every time you drive it

how much fitting do they take it looks like a strip down job,any tips or things i should know before i attempt it
