i want to install an aem 5 bar map sensor on my gtir can i use the 3 wires that goes to the stock boost sensor? and i have installed an aem (ait sensor) air inlet temperature sensor. where do i find these 2 wires on the ecu harness first wire is to sensor ground and the next wire goes directly to air intake temperature sensor input on the ecu here are the 2 sensors http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AEM-Air-I...r_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item53d9c1c854 , http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AEM-5-BAR...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item43a899834f

Do you have an aftermarket ECU? The stock ECU doesn't have an IAT input. Equally the stock ECU would misread a 5 Bar pressure sensor

I expect the boost sensor will go to the stock location. This is what I did with the PFC ECU with in built boost controller. The GtiR doesn't have an IAT sensor so you need to reference your EMS manual.

5) Wiring accessories to the EMS:
Please follow this suggested wiring diagram when adding accessories such as UEGO
gauges, MAP sensors, IAT sensors, or switches for use with the EMS. Note that wire
polarity is not important for the Air Temperature sensor.
