You should have really got it checked so you were 100% before you put it out. Ive been on the wrong end of purchases where people have gone on what the previous owners have said and then sold it as what was claimed and then when the thing broke and I took it apart I could see it was standard...
I can only imagine the folks here are going to need a bit more information than that, mate. What else have you done? What management system does it have? What else have you done to change the fuelling? etc etc. The more info: the better.
Ive got an acquaintance here that has a gtir. He says that when he "removes the rear lambda" a catalysor lamp ingnites on the dash. Ive explained that it is an exhaust temp. sensor. Are there different variants of this set-up. He has a RHD pulsar. I believe it is the check engine light he is...
Fair enough. So were talking ca 300hp then, as Im presuming theyre not tuned or it probably would´ve stated that fact. So, these filters are probably okay for most gtirs with a standard turbo.
My claim is that the apexi specifically will hamper flow on a gt3071@ca 2bar.
Doesnt everyone have...
It doesnt say what motor and how much total power there was though. I looked for a bigger apexi but couldnt find one. I e-mailed apexi and they said the one I was looking at would be fine for my power but they were telling porkies. Thats why my recommendation would be as big a kn as you can fit...
Ive been in, but never driven an rs6, and it feels more sluggish and heavy than the s4/rs4 variants. Nimble. I needed an estate for the pram back then and the s4 ticked all the boxes. Quick, quiet and big boot.
I can only agree with the feel of (some) audis. I had a tuned S4 bi-turbo a good few years back and it was heaven to drive. Lovely neutral handling. Best handling car Ive ever owned. Luxurious inside. Up to 60 in under 5 and continues seamlessly up to almost 170.
But as for build quality back...
I used the Blitz style for five years. Basically just mesh. It provides enough flow for 2 bar at least. As to the filtration: it stops pebbles and gravel going into the engine at least!
I bought an Apexi dual-funnel filter and tried it but it didnt flow enough. I noticed the spool-up time was...
I need the aforementioned. I promised the new buyer Id get one if the rev counter wasnt repairable.
I need shipping to sweden. Ive got paypal etc.
