anyhow i like it to a legacy. right would the turbo from this be a direct fit to a pulsar. and is it similar to a gt2860r or gt2871r. this is what i meant to ask in the op. thanks lads. lmao. as need a replacement with a better spool up kinder on engine compared to standard fitted on pulsar. now be nice.

Because last time it just became a slagging match... and I closed the thread.

I think it would probably fit our engine, but I thought it was actually a smaller turbo; mainly because it's a T25 frame and ours is a T28, but that might not make any real difference. - I've heard it quoted that it tops-out at about 0.9 bar (on SAU), and they quote a 2830 or 2835 as an upgrade for the standard turbo.

I'm not sure how it would be kinder to the engine (although it could be a faster spool); couldn't you just get a T28 with a bearing core and just run less boost? What about the turbo from a S15 Silvia; that's probably an easier option.
