wont start whyyyyyyy

problem is i had a problem with 5th gear (popped out every now and then) got gradually worse over time so i put the R in the garage till i could get it sorted 4 days ago, found a decent garage to sort the gearbox out, just had 2 drop the car off but the fcukin thing wont start and it ran beautifully up an till then
HELP PLEASE
checked dizzy cap and rotor OK
fuel pump primes OK
the plugs are a week old

is there anything ive missed

Do a fault code check and see if that shows anythin up.

Mine is in a state of wont ruddy well start either but a fault code check is pointing me towards the ignition side of things... :?

Atleast it wasnt because you hadnt plugged the ECU bck in correctly like i did :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:
