wondering how much to offer?

hi, my friend has a immaculate 1994 white sunny gtir,its not currently for sale but with the right offer he'd let it go so just wondering with the current market would be a sensible offer to make? it is really immaculate and has every single receipt from new, mods wise it has a hks clutch, hks downpipe, full mongoose exhaust and hks filter,running standard boost,koni adjustables,uprgraded calipers and discs and 17 inch oz f1wheels, theres probably a few more mods but cant remember,the millage is 90 thou, cheers for ur help

If it really is mint then I would say 4k to 4.5k ish, although others may disagree with that as it seems fairly low in spec but then there arent many rust free mint shells around with extensive documented history.

i was thinking around the 4.5k marker,mods wise its quite standard but condition/history wise for the car is spot on
