im having a bit of trouble getting my new universal washer bottle to work i cut off the green plug and have tried orange as live and green as live an neither worked am i meant to be using the white plug instead

have you wired it to the rear pump? try the rear wash wipe and see if it works

car doesn't have a rear wiper anymore ill try the other plug, do you know witch colours live and witch is ground

yeah but the stalk still has the rear wash on it, thats what would power the rear pump.

itll still work even if you get the wires wrong, the pump will just turn the wrong way.

i cut the white plug and ran green to live and pink to earth and it works great cheers for the help
