window motor

had problems with my window motor the black spool that winds the cables became tangled,

i took it all apart de-tangled it and put it back together, but i'm not sure if i did it right

i attached the two cables to the black spool but there is a fair bit of excess cable i'm worried that it will become tangled again


has anyone taken it all apart before and knows what to do
