Will my car roll?

I want to remove the coilovers from my car, but can't seem to find anyone that can come and take the shell away without it being able to roll onto the trailer.

Simple question is, if I remove just the front and rear coilovers, will the car still roll, or is it a stupid idea?

the struts hold the car up. Without them the wheels would just press up into the wheel arches.

Is the shell for scrap? Surely there's a local scrappie with a hiab?

If it is for scrap you will get more if you take it in yourself.
If they collect I'd you'll get next to nothing

If you have your own trailer you could alwaysroll it onto that and then remove the coilovers.The scrapyard will have a crane or forklift they can tak the car off the trailer with there.

With a winch you can get anything on ha. Worst case just roll it on then take the sus off.

cut some 3 x 2 into shock length sections and stick them in place will be fine to roll about on

I thought it was a long shot... never mind.

You'd think it would be easy to find someone with a HIAB to take it away, I don't even want money for the shell, I just want it gone as well.

Annoying.

if you just want it gone ring a scrap yard or look in the yellow pages, someone will take it away without you paying for it.
