When fitting the Whiteline rear subframe align kit do you need to get the wheel alignment done after?

TIA

Absolutely. To fit it you need to remove your subframe so there's a good chance your toe won't be right.

How have people set theirs up all-round performance?
In the instructions it says to put two thicker rings at the front
of the sub-frame then the two smaller ones at the rear for all-round performance.
What are the two spare rings for?

TIA

I'm sure there's a "ring" joke in there but I'll leave others to say them.

On the question, I thought it you double them up at the back it gives you more anti-squat, or "drift style" as they say. Put then on the front and you get less anti squat or "drag style". More or less anti-squat depends on the driver or application so there isn't a right answer. I'm not giving my opinon as I've not tried them to comment. I understand the mechanism though.
