which oil? how much oil?

hi just a quick question it might have been covered before but i need some info.

ave just replaced my gearbox for a new one, and am not sure which oil to use, and how much i need top put in?? is the gearbox/ transfer oils both the same or different.

75w80 in both, 4.8lt in the box and just over 1lt in the transfer

I'm pretty sure I've got 75w90 in mine, but other than that I second it.

(It has been covered before; many times... so I'm closing the thread and you can do a search if you still need more information.)
