Which Manifold Gasket

Been loking on the net and a couple of places using copper gaskets on thier race cars, anyone used one or am i better getting the 7 layer s15 one?

if your on about exhaust use a s14 gasket from nissan there about £48.00

I use a copper one made for the fwd sr20. Will fit all sr20 and are reusable .They are 25US$ from http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=SCE%2D9416&view=1&N=700+150+
