where to get and what to do?

After my miss haps of miss shifting and blowing off a rocker arm. I have noticed that i have lost them little like spacers that the arm rest on (they sit on top of valve). Even took the sump off to check if they dropped to the bottom but only found 2 little plastic bits (guess thats from chain tensioner) so can i just go to Nissan or can i get them somewhere else? Also should i get rocker arm stoppers for next time?

Do you mean the shims? If so then you will need to measure what sizes you need first. Nissan will take time to source the shims but there used to be an infromal pool of shims on the OC. I think my spare set were last seen in Blackpool. Others may still have old shims around their garage
